We've now added the possibility for custom interpreter service types in the Portal, giving you more flexibility when managing and sorting your own interpreter services presented in the app. Just name your interpreter service type and choose an icon. This improvement also gives you the option to tailor the copy of planned, urgent and emergency services according to your organization's framework.

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes it easy to gather patient feedback. With feedback phrases, you can ask patients e.g. if the app was helpful during your conversation. Their responses are gathered anonymously in the Portal, giving you valuable insights into usability and patient satisfaction.

We have heard your requests for more icon options when working with playlists and have now launched the Icon library in the Portal. After you create your playlist, you can now choose an icon to match the content.

All private healthcare professional app users, who are using the free or Premium version, will from now on be able to create an account in the app. We want to provide the best possible user experience, and this addition will help us tailor the app to your needs moving forward.
This change will not affect patient app users, who will still be able to use the app without creating an account.
