Skyddar patientintegriteten

Care to Translate värnar om patientens integritet.

On this day, we want to highlight the work of WaterAid Sverige. They educate and offer support in matters of water, sanitation and hygiene.

Leaders that can move fluidly across these approaches create a disciplined and adaptive way to implement evidence-based practice — one that fosters joint-problem solving, facilitates agreement, and relieves the tensions associated with customizing research recommendations."

  • GROUPTHINK "In my experience, context can also do a lot to limit groupthink. With more background knowledge, team members find it easier to see the proverbial “big picture.” For example, if a team is tasked with finding a new way to navigate city streets, members of the team should know a) the ways that already exist; b) the costs associated with creating a new way; c) some history on urban transportation. Armed with this wealth of context, people are more likely to avoid the errors of groupthink for the simple reason that they have more information about possible alternatives."

They voiced concerns about a lack of translators – especially Farsi/Dari-speakers – to liaise between them and agencies, and also expressed mistrust of translators used in asylum interviews.”
