Lillestrøm Municipality, dedicated to providing excellent care to all residents, has selected Care to Translate following a successful pilot program conducted at Nedre Romerike Legevakt. This decision reflects Lillestrøm Municipality's commitment to improving patient communication and enhancing the healthcare experience for everyone.
Nedre Romerike Legevakt successfully trialed the Care to Translate app and found it to be a valuable tool in facilitating clear communication between healthcare professionals and patients who speak languages other than Norwegian. By complementing the services of human interpreters, Care to Translate helps ensure that language barriers do not hinder the provision of high-quality medical care.
